Dr. Thiraphop Waipradab
From "a thoracic surgeon" to "the breast specialist" patients travel specifically to see.

Opening story
From a leading hospital to the day he had to build a practice of his own.
Dr. Thiraphop is a thoracic surgeon with the full range of breast experience — augmentation, lifts, reductions, revisions, and reconstruction after cancer. He could do all of it.
The problem was that patients couldn't say what he was best at.
Working alongside him, we found his real strength wasn't augmentation at all — it was solving complex breast cases and restoring the breast to whole.
The challenge
Dr. Thiraphop's expertise ran deep across the field —
- Breast lifts
- Breast reductions
- Breast reconstruction
- Complex breast revisions
- Reconstruction after cancer
But to patients, all of it sat under one word — “thoracic surgeon” — far too broad to carry the real value of what he could do.
The insight
Patients don't choose a doctor from a medical licence.
They choose from a simple understanding of what this doctor is best at.

Results
Once the positioning was clear, patients arrived already understanding what he did — and far readier to accept the value of the work.
- A sharper, clearer positioning.
- Patients who grasp his specialist expertise.
- Greater recognition of his specialist techniques.
- The value of complex cases, communicated well.
- Acceptance for treatment at a high-ticket level.
Strategy
Instead of saying Dr. Thiraphop could do many things, we did the opposite.
We made patients remember one — “Breast Specialist.”
Inside the work with Dr. Thiraphop
We didn't begin with advertising. We began by rebuilding how he was positioned — working with Dr. Thiraphop across all seven parts of the system.
Doctor Identity & Positioning
Redefined his position — from "Thoracic Surgeon" to "Breast Specialist Surgeon."
Patient Acquisition Strategy
Built a system to receive new patients, so no one is lost between interest and decision and every enquiry is handled properly.
Medical Content Strategy
Created content that reframes breast surgery as more than augmentation — lifts, revisions, reconstruction, and restoring the body's balance.
Service & Patient Experience Design
Regrouped his services so they all sit under one idea — "Breast Excellence."
Doctor Business & Growth Strategy
Lifted the perception from "a procedure" to "a specialist technique," to reflect the true value of the work.
Patient Management
Looked after communication, follow-up, and scheduling, so every touchpoint after treatment holds to one standard.
Clinic & Surgical Coordination
Coordinated everything behind the scenes — clinic, hospital, and team — so he could stay focused on the medicine.
When everyone is trying to be the doctor who does everything, I chose to be remembered for one thing — the breast specialist. After that, price stopped being the first question.
Become the doctor patients ask for by name.
Applications are reviewed personally, and we take on a limited number of doctors each quarter. If the timing is right, we should talk.
